Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative functions. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and enhancing employee experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be adept at HR services, and have a solid understanding of employee record management.
Duties
•Assist in the recruitment process, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
•Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
•Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
•Facilitate benefits administration and assist employees with inquiries regarding their benefits.
•Collaborate with HR team members on organization design and succession planning initiatives.
•Utilize Paylocity for workforce management and talent acquisition tasks.
•Participate in change management efforts to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
•Conduct research on best practices in human resources to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience
•Previous experience in an HR role or related field is preferred.
•Familiarity with HRIS systems, primarily Paylocity is a plus.
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
•Knowledge of workforce management principles and benefits administration is advantageous.
•Experience with interviewing techniques and talent management strategies will be beneficial.
