Job Description: We are seeking a driven and analytical Human Resources Analyst to support organizational decision-making. The Human Resource (HR) Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance. Your role will be key in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on various HR Metrics, such as recruitment, turnover, compensation, and employee performance, to identify trends and areas of improvement. This data helps optimize our workforce and achieve strategic goals.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitor’s practices, and other sources.
- Will gather data needed to keep our Staffing Plan up to date and accurate weekly.
- Reporting and Recommendations:
- Create reports and presentations summarizing their findings and provide recommendations to HR and business leaders on how to improve HR processes, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
- Monitor and report on the impact of changes using key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and drive results (including operations, finance, sales, IT, and HR)
- Providing data that will assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs related to recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Compliance:
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field required.
- 3+ years of experience Human Resources analysis
- Technical: Requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with experience using data visualization tools to effectively present complex information.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions.
- Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems related to workforce management.
- Knowledge of HR Principles and Practices: Understanding of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulations: Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data collection and analysis.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
- Must pass a Background Screening (no violations within the last 5 years)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Salary Range: 90,000 to 100,000 annually and bonus eligible, with final compensation determined by the candidate's level of experience
