Overview
The Learning and Development Advisor plays a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees within the organization. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, enabling them to effectively assess training needs and deliver impactful learning experiences.
Duties
•Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with management to identify skill gaps.
•Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
•Facilitate training sessions in various formats, including workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching.
•Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback collection and performance metrics analysis.
•Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
•Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
•Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
