HSE Manager

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HSE Manager to lead and enhance our Health, Safety, and Environmental culture across the organization. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives on making an impact, building strong relationships, and ensuring our people, assets, and environment are always protected.

Key Responsibilities

- Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with local, state, and international HSE standards.

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies, procedures, processes, and training programs.

- Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action planning.

- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, job safety analysis, and site inspections to maintain safe operations.

- Crisis and Emergency Response team member.

- Implementation and execution of all aspects of health, safety, and environmental.

- Partner and collaborate with leadership and project teams to integrate HSE into business operations.

- Act as a role model, mentor and advisor, empowering staff to take ownership of safety and environmental performance.

- Prepare and present clear, actionable HSE reports to management.

- Travel up to 30% to regional sites to ensure engagement, alignment, and consistency of HSE programs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum of 5–7 years’ HSE experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Onshore and offshore oil & gas experience strongly preferred.

- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation required.

- Strong auditing experience with proven ability to drive corrective actions.

- In-depth knowledge of OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other industry standards.

- Working knowledge of HSE Management Systems

- Knowledge of Human and Organizational Performance (HOP)

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to influence, coach, and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
