How You Will Make an Impact

As the HRIS Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing our HR technology landscape by leading the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of UKG configurations across all modules. Partnering closely with HR subject matter experts and department leadership, you will develop and execute a strategic HRIS roadmap that aligns with our organizational goals.

This role will be based onsite at our Headquarters in Austin, TX.

+ Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the HRIS, ensuring it meets organizational needs.

+ Lead and manage the SOX compliance program as it relates to HR systems and processes. + Ensure that all HR-related processes and controls meet SOX compliance requirements. + Work closely with the internal audit team to identify, assess, and document key controls over HR processes. + Maintain documentation for all controls and ensure ongoing testing and monitoring. + Ensure the proper segregation of duties in HRIS access and controls. + Ensure that HRIS meets all data privacy and security standards in line with organizational policies. + Assist in the preparation of SOX audit documentation and work with external auditors during reviews.

+ Regularly review and recommend improvements to HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance. + Identify opportunities for automation, reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy. + Lead process mapping efforts for HR workflows in line with SOX requirements.

+ Provide ongoing training for HR team members and system users to ensure proper system usage and compliance. + Offer support and guidance for troubleshooting HRIS-related issues.
