Essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the HRIS to meet organizational needs.
- Identify and recommend innovative HRIS solutions to improve workflows and enhance user experience.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on system capabilities and functionality.
- Develop advanced analytics and dashboards to provide actionable insights into workforce trends and metrics.
- Conduct complex data modeling and statistical analysis to support strategic HR initiatives.
- Oversee the design and delivery of custom reports for executives and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams in system upgrades, module implementations, and HRIS integrations.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues, escalating to vendors or IT as necessary.
- Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, FLSA).
- Develop and enforce HRIS governance policies and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits of system data and access protocols.
- Provide advanced training to HR teams, end users, and management on HRIS functionality and updates.
- Mentor junior HRIS analysts, fostering professional development and technical proficiency.
- Plan, execute, and oversee complex HRIS projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and service agreements.
- Develop detailed project documentation, including timelines, workflows, and risk assessments.
- Advanced knowledge of HR processes, including talent management, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large datasets and complex scenarios.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile or similar methodologies.
- Proficiency in database querying tools (e.g., SQL), data visualization tools, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in HRIS management, with a focus on system optimization and analytics.
- Expertise in major HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or UKG preferred.
- Experience in implementing HRIS modules and integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM), preferred.
- Valid Oklahoma driver’s license, or the ability to convert within 30 days for those with an out of state driver’s license that are an Oklahoma resident.
- Certifications in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday Pro, Oracle Certified Specialist), preferred.
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR, preferred.
- Work is performed in an office setting.
- Position is located at the Administrative Center in Chouteau, OK.
