Come join our team and work with a very dynamic Human Resources team! We are seeking a motivated and customer focused professional, who has a passion for people and the energy industry. The Employee Services team is responsible for providing accurate and timely responses to all employees of NextEra Energy Inc. In this role, you will have a chance to collaborate with the HR Operations team and other areas within HR including benefits, compensation, payroll and HR systems.
Work Schedule: (Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST) occasional overtime may be required. During emergency situations (such as storms), overtime will be required.
The Human Resource (HR) Service Specialist II provides guidance for general to moderate human resources questions and executes human resources transactions related to benefits entry and other employee inquiries. The position is also responsible for determining case escalation to one of the Centers of Excellence. This position will use a case management system to retrieve, create, document and track customer requests.
