Job Description
This internship offers a hands-on experience in Human Resources, providing an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and gain valuable skills. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals and have access to mentorship and learning opportunities.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
•Assist with Human Resources functions.
•Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
•Attend and contribute to meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops.
•Conduct research and present findings as needed.
•Support day to day operations and administrative task.
•Provide support for the recruiting team, including posting jobs on job boards, conducting background checks, scheduling interviews, and ensuring smooth operations of recruiting processes.
•Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry for recruiting metrics, returning calls and/or emails, and generating standard weekly/monthly HR reports.
•Support recruiting and talent needs on special projects.
Requirements
•Currently enrolled in a BACHELOR’S / MASTERS program in RELEVEANT FIELD.
•Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products such as, Word, Excel & Outlook.
•Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize job duties and handle multiple tasks.
•Demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply automation principles.
