As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning business needs and context with a clear and actionable human resources strategy. You’ll work closely with leadership across our Underground operations and Kennecott Operational and Technical support areas to translate strategic objectives into tailored HR programs and interventions that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
