- Interact with all guests and employees to positively affect interactions with guests and employees and demonstrate resilience to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions.
- Work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
- Responsible for cleaning all floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators.
- Responsible for vacuuming all floors.
- Cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking all restrooms.
- Mopping floors around the bars, restrooms and entrance.
- Responsible for removing all trash and debris from floors, and trash cans. Trash and debris to be deposited in the compactor and cardboard in designated dumpsters.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
- Responsible for containment, clean-up and disposal of any and all biohazards throughout the property.
- Completes all company-required training with designated time frames.
- Occasional afterhours work is necessary.
- Conducts regular inspections and makes recommendations to the facility
- Communication with staff, administration, and other departments
- Assist supervisor with employees’ needs.
- Maintain a high level of good housekeeping and care of company assets in the field, vehicles, shop and work-sites.
- Stay aware of Best Practices. Develop and recommend improved work methods and Standards.
- Extended hours during seasonal planting and occasional after-hours work is required.
- Setup/Teardown events in venues and common areas spaces. Expected to be standing throughout most of your shift.
- Legally drive district fleet needs like lifts, carts, and vehicles.
