We are currently seeking a Hot Pit Loader in Coatesville, PA.

Pay: $24.44/hr starting, increase once qualified; raise scheduled for October

Schedule: Swing shift (5am–1pm, 1pm–9pm); mandatory 12-hour shift once a week if mill runs 24 hours; hours subject to change; weekends as needed

Job Responsibilities

- Able to operate a frontend loader, digging hot material from under a furnace pit.

- Able to load haul trucks safely to move material.

- Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience operating a loader

- Heavy equipment experience required

- Preferred experience operating Cat 963-C track loaders

- Preferred experience with Gradall machines

- Conscientious, safety-oriented work habits

- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical including a drug and alcohol screen

- Availability to work varying shifts
