Home Improvement Sales - Team Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Team Lead and sales closer to lead their own sales team. The ideal candidate will excel in converting appointments with potential clients into satisfied customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills. This role requires a strong understanding of sales techniques, account management, and leadership to successfully drive and close deals.

JOB RESPONSABILITES:

· Successfully turn generated and assigned leads into loyal clients by appropriately assessing their home improvement needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Work with your inspector and your marketing team to generate new business and achieve team and company targets

· Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and in-home demonstrations.

· Provide the best customer experience throughout the sales process to prospective and existing clients

· Foster strong professional relationships with internal partners.

· Track productivity by entering and maintaining accurate records of customer sales; produce weekly reporting including customer quotes, orders, issues, and other metrics as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Prior experience with in-home sales is highly preferred

- Prior management experience is preferred

· Drive and commitment to achieving individual, team and company goals

· Ability to build and foster relationships through effective communication with clients and colleagues

· Can handle challenging conversations with professionalism and tact

· High level of personal accountability and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in computer systems and applications as well as mobile technology such as Apple iOS
