In Home Sales Representative Responsibilities:
•Deliver compelling sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
•Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
•Visit clients and potential clients to assess needs and promote products and services.
•Maintain accurate client records and log all interactions in our CRM.
•Consistently surpass minimum weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals.

In Home Sales Representative Requirements:
•Proven experience in B2C sales (e.g., car sales, insurance sales, high-end retail such as jewelry, time-share sales, or similar customer-facing roles).
•Ability to quickly learn and adapt to our sales system and processes.
•Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
•Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
•Ambitious drive for personal development and career/income growth.
•Home improvement experience is a bonus but not required.
•25 years of age or older with a clean driving record.
