As a Community Manager at CAMS, you can manage a portfolio of homeowners' associations, building meaningful relationships with boards of directors while offering the trusted support they deserve. What You'll Contribute to the Team

You will be at the heart of community building and management in this role. Your responsibilities will include:

- Fostering open communication with boards of directors and homeowners to enhance community engagement.

- Preparing and presenting budgets that align with community goals and needs.

- Analyzing monthly financial reports and crafting variance reports to ensure financial health.

- Compiling monthly management reports that provide valuable insights for the boards.

- Collaborating with vendors for essential community maintenance projects to keep our environments beautiful and functional.

- Overseeing the daily operations of your portfolio of communities, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

- Attending board meetings and internal team meetings regularly to stay connected and informed.

- Supervising administrative and maintenance staff when appropriate, promoting teamwork and efficiency.

Requirements

To thrive at CAMS, you should have

- A proven ability to quickly learn new technologies.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Experience in reviewing and analyzing financial reports.

- Familiarity with HOA insurance and understanding of contractual bidding processes.

- Knowledge of proper meeting protocols and the architectural request process.

- Skills to create and manage a working budget effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

We’d love for you to have

- 1-2 years of experience in the HOA management field

- CAI designation(s) are a strong plus.

- An associate degree or higher

Competitive Benefits & Salary

We believe in rewarding hard work! Starting salaries will be tailored to reflect your qualifications and discussed during the interview. New managers without prior experience can expect a salary range of $45,000-$50,000 annually. For those with prior experience and CAI designations, salaries will be between $50,000 and $60,000+ annually. Performance-based salary increases and bonus opportunities tied to portfolio size are also part of our compensation package.
