What You’ll Do as an HVAC Sales Representative

Consult with homeowners to assess their heating, cooling, water, and air quality needs.
Educate customers on product offerings, energy-efficient solutions, and available rebates.
Conduct in-home assessments (training provided) to determine the best HVAC options for each client.
Prepare and present proposals using sales tools and selection programs.
Guide customers through financing options and ensure a smooth sales process.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and excellent service.
Stay up to date on industry trends, rebate programs, and product advancements.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.


What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sales (preferably in HVAC, home services, or a related field).
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to maximize earnings.
MUST have a Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.


Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential: $50,000 - $250,000+ per year (100% Commission-Based)
Bonus Pay for top performers

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, permanent position
Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)
Work on the road & in-home sales consultations
