We are seeking a driven, high-performing Solar Sales Closer to join our elite team. As a closer, you will work warm, pre-qualified residential leads and present premium solar solutions to homeowners ready to buy. This is a high-ticket sales opportunity offering substantial commissions, performance bonuses, and uncapped earning potential.

You’ll represent one of the fastest-growing solar providers in Kentucky, closing deals that deliver long-term value to customers while building your own personal wealth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present customized solar solutions to residential homeowners through in-home consultations

• Handle warm leads and/or self-generated leads with full closing responsibility

• Build rapport, uncover customer needs, and deliver high-value proposals

• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial consultation to signed contract

• Maintain a high closing percentage and achieve/exceed monthly targets

• Educate homeowners on the financial, environmental, and personal benefits of solar energy

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding

• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up systematically with prospects

• Represent the company professionally with integrity, confidence, and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3+ years of experience in high-ticket sales (solar, roofing, home improvement, security, luxury services, etc.) preferred

• Proven ability to close deals in a one-contact close or short sales cycle environment

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven mindset

• Coachable attitude with a commitment to constant personal improvement

• Professional appearance and strong presentation skills

• Reliable transportation and flexible availability
