Schedule: Full-Time | Morning Shifts | Must be flexible for occasional coverage and emergencies

Position Overview:

LVP Security Services seeks an experienced and professional Security Manager to oversee operations at a 24-hour residential high-rise condominium in Las Vegas. This position leads a team of approximately 15 unarmed officers and is the primary point of contact for all on-site security matters.

You will be responsible for ensuring all security procedures are followed, residents are treated with professionalism and courtesy, and your team remains accountable, well-trained, and responsive to the property's needs.
