Large Heavy Highway & Bridge Contractor seeking Site /Pipe Foreman with 5 years minimum of field experience wanted for local area projects. The responsibilities include: running and supervising day to day crew operations and project site, organizing and communicating with sub-contractors, coordinating with project managers / general superintendent, maintaining project schedule. Must be able to coordinate the equipment and the materials required for the work assigned, making daily and weekly reports for the job. Foreman is also responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and all required controls for successful project completion. Must be motivated, hands-on, self-starter that came up from the trades with a proven track record. !!!!!!Majority of work is prevailing wage work with hourly rates ranging between $40.00 to $65.00 / hr. !!!!!!*

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on project scheduling and budgeting

- Proficiency in OSHA regulations.

- Demonstrated ability in supervising construction sites and managing teams effectively

- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, construction estimating, and quality control processes

- Experience with HCSS, Bluebeam, and other premium construction software tools
