Heavy Equipment Operator/Plant Operator/General Laborer

Shawnee Stone has multiple openings at our limestone quarry in Buncombe, IL. We are looking for Heavy Equipment Operators (Loader, Excavator, Dozer), Crushing Plant Operators, and General Laborers or Maintenance workers. While we prefer experienced candidates for these positions, we will also consider candidates with experience operating other heavy equipment or candidates who show a strong ability to learn on the job. The primary duty for the Heavy Equipment Operator will be to operate a Loader, an Excavator, and/or a Bulldozer for various applications within our limestone quarry. The primary duty for the Plant Operator will be to assist in the operation and maintenance of our limestone crushing plant. And the primary duties of the General Laborer/Maintenance position will be to provide support and assistance in all facets of the production process. Additional duties may include equipment maintenance, welding, and other general labor tasks as time and abilities allow.
