Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and possess strong leadership abilities. Experienced in Waterlines, Sewer lines, Site work, Foundation Prep, Commercial Projects & Plans
Duties
- Manage and supervise construction crews on-site
- Responsible for equipment; greasing, functions, oversee maintenance, cleaning
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines are met
- Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to monitor progress and quality of work
Responsibilities
•Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders in compliance with safety regulations.
•Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to execute tasks accurately.
•Collaborate with project managers to assist in project scheduling and resource allocation.
•Utilize construction management software, including HeavyBid, Bluebeam, ProCore, Prolog, and other tools for project tracking and reporting.
•Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
•Assist in construction estimating and budgeting processes by providing accurate data from equipment operations.
•Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
Requirements
•Proven experience as a Supervisor in the construction industry
•Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
•Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols on construction site
•Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
