As a Multi-Skilled Dozer and Grader Operator at our Fort McMurray site, you'll be part of a team that shapes the landscape of Canada's energy future. FLINT is hiring a Dozer Operator for permanent tailings work in Fort McMurray, AB, starting September 11, 2025. This role offers a 7/7 schedule, camp stay, flights from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours.

Qualifications

- A minimum of 4000+ hours of experience operating a D6+ is required.

- 2 years tailings/cell experience is an asset.

- Open pit mining experience is an asset.

- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:

- CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada)

- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.

- Carrying out groundwork in the tailings area of the mine.

- Able to provide a clean 3-year drivers abstract with under 9 demerits.

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
