Oldham County Stone – Rogers Group – Crestwood, KY

Full Time

Day Shift - approximate shift times of 6 am – 5 pm.

Starting pay for this position will be set at $28/hr. Higher pay may be available depending on the candidate’s experience and skill set.

Oldham County Stone is an underground limestone mine/quarry seeking a night shift Heavy Equipment Mechanic at our operation located in Crestwood, KY. This role requires previous experience as a mechanic working on heavy equipment. The role will be responsible for performing repairs, routine maintenance, and inspections on a wide variety of mining and quarry equipment and fixed plant equipment. The applicant must have a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a wide range of service issues that affect major components such as engines, brake systems, transmissions, torque converters, hydraulic systems, drive train components, heating/cooling and electrical systems, as well as other systems generally encountered in the industry.
