Position Overview:

We are seeking qualified Dump Truck CDL Drivers with air brake endorsements to haul aggregate and asphalt throughout the year for the upcoming 2025 paving season. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in our operations and be prepared to start hauling in March 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate heavy-duty dump trucks to transport aggregate and asphalt to various job sites.

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance.

- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations during transport.

- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and delivery records.

- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries.

- Load and unload materials as necessary.

- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.

Qualifications:

- Valid CDL with air brake endorsement is required.

- Previous experience driving for a construction or paving company is preferred.

- Strong understanding of safety regulations and traffic laws.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

- This position involves travel and will require overnight stays away from home.
