Troubleshoot and perform safe maintenance and repair a variety of repairs in the shop or field including mechanical, electrical, engine, hydraulic, electrical and diesel systems.
Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on equipment. Operate safe job practices when repairing equipment.
Travel to job sites for repair and maintenance of rental equipment; must maintain a clean and organized field service truck and conduct oneself in a respectful and safe manner on job sites.
Good written and verbal communication skills for daily reporting
Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts
Valid Driver’s license with acceptable driving record5+ year minimum of shop or field experience servicing and troubleshooting equipment
Must have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical theories based on various engines and machines
Must have your own tools applicable to this position
Ability to work with limited supervision and a certain degree of independent judgment
Ability to work in time parameters, multi-task and manage difficult situations professionally
Ability to diagnose and trouble shoot equipment visibly and audibly
Must have superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
