Job Description:

The role is tasked with providing knowledge and expertise in the administration and management of safety processes, regulatory agency compliance, and company policies to drive a culture of zero incidents. You will work in conjunction with business unit and plant management to drive, model, and further develop the safety culture.

About Our Location

Ava’s legacy includes providing 20 plus years of scroll technology expertise to our internal customers in locations including, Lebanon, MO; Reynosa, Mexico; Cookstown, Northern Ireland; Natchitoches, Louisiana; Suzhou, China; and Rayong, Thailand. Our scroll technology is integral in providing comfort and convenience in refrigeration, commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. Approximately 600 team members work in Ava, who all support a multitude of business functions. With the blend of expertise represented under this one roof, there are opportunities for advancement within the Ava location.
