- Accountable for ensuring that all team outputs align with trader priorities and are delivered in a commercially actionable format

- Responsible for direct line management of North American analysts, with functional leadership of crude analytics globally

- Define and evolve commodity-specific methodologies, models, and tools; ensure best practices are codified and scalable

- Embed deep subject matter expertise across the team and broader business through knowledge sharing, coaching, and analyst development

- Drive alignment on global crude analytics priorities, ensuring consistency and commercial relevance across regional teams

- Act as the global crude thought leader, shaping the analytical narrative and driving scenario-based forecasting used to inform trading strategy

- Align team workflows with broader analytics standards, contributing to the adoption of best practices in methodology, reporting, and internal collaboration

- Partner with regional traders and commercial leads to integrate analytics into position-taking, origination, and risk management, ensuring insights are both timely and actionable

- Translate market movements, policy changes, and structural shifts into clear implications for trading, providing ongoing feedback to adjust strategy and exposures.
