Head of In-Home Sales

We are seeking a Head of In-Home Sales to lead the way in delivering exceptional in-home consultations, guiding homeowners across New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania to enhance the comfort, beauty, and energy efficiency of their homes. As a company on track to 10x within the next decade, we are looking for someone to help shape our sales system and drive results while upholding our commitment to delivering the highest quality service and products.
This role is ideal for a driven, consultative sales professional who is ready to take ownership of the sales process and step directly into sales appointments. You’ll work closely with ownership to develop a high-performance, scalable sales system and will have an opportunity to grow into a leadership position as the company expands.

Responsibilities:
•Conduct high-converting in-home consultations directly with homeowners (no cold calling or door knocking)
•Lead the sales process from consultation to signed agreement, acting as a trusted advisor
•Develop tailored product solutions for windows, doors, siding, and related home exterior upgrades
•Manage and track sales opportunities using CRM software (HubSpot or similar)
•Collaborate with ownership to refine and scale our sales system
•Track KPIs such as close rates and lead conversions and actively work on improving performance
•Coordinate with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless customer experience and follow-through
•Represent Window Place Plus with professionalism and care, ensuring our customer-first values are reflected in every interaction
•Provide insights to help improve our sales process and overall business performance
•Assist in developing sales strategies as the company scales
Who You Are:
•A consultative salesperson with 8+ years of in-home residential sales experience (home improvement industry preferred but not required)
•Highly skilled at closing deals in a commission-based environment
•Comfortable managing a high volume of leads while maintaining excellent customer relationships
•Tech-savvy, experienced with CRM platforms, and proficient in managing appointments and communications digitally
•Strong time management skills with the ability to follow up and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
•Self-motivated and eager to contribute to the growth of a mission-driven, people-first company
•Located within 30 minutes of Cherry Hill or Collingswood, NJ, with reliable transportation
•Architectural or construction experience welcomed to apply – Our co-owner is an architect, and we believe this role is a great fit for someone from these industries
What We Offer:
•Total expected compensation: $150,000–$200,000+ annually (base salary, performance-based bonuses, and commission).
