We deliver gas, diesel, and on-site maintenance services directly to businesses, powered by technology that predicts and prevents breakdowns before they happen. Our customers eliminate downtime, cut costs, and keep fleets on the road, and we are scaling rapidly into new markets.

The Role

We are hiring our first full-time engineer, a founding role that will set the technical foundation for everything we build next. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a scrappy, fast-moving environment, ships quickly, and is not afraid to leverage AI tools to accelerate development. You will work directly with the CEO to bring ideas to market in weeks, not months.

What You’ll Do

- Build from zero to one by developing and owning our core platforms, including fleet scheduling, driver operations, AI-powered maintenance tracking, and customer portals.

- Ship fast and iterate faster while prioritizing speed to market without sacrificing reliability.

- Use AI and automation to boost productivity from code generation to operational tooling.

- Lead architecture decisions and establish best practices for future hires.

- Integrate systems for routing, scheduling, payments, and fleet diagnostics.

- Take ownership from concept to launch.

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in fast-moving startups.

- Strong skills in modern backend and frontend frameworks.

- Cloud experience and an eye for scalability.

- A track record of rapidly shipping production-grade applications.

- Comfort in ambiguity, self-directed problem-solving, and doing more with less.

- Bonus: Marketplace, Logistics, last-mile delivery, or fleet management experience.
