POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing the operations Production Loader, Haul Trucks, Water Truck, Clean Up Loader, Dozer, and Grader in a safe and most efficient way possible while making every attempt to keeping up with whatever rate is needed to keep raw material feed for continuous operation of the plant, mining operations, stockpiling, or material hauling. People in this position are responsible for keeping a clean and safe work place and letting management know promptly of an hazards that the encounter at the operation. Persons holding this position must be trained all functions of this position. Do

any and all job functions that are needed and that the person is trained to do.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:* Load Haul Trucks in a safe and efficient manner keeping up with production or hauling needs

ATTRIBUTES:* Self motivated

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:* Access all areas within a site which could include heights of 120 feet, confined spaces, climbing ladders or stairs, and accessing tunnels

+ Ability to consistently lift over 50 pounds as needed

REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Technical training or AA degree in technical related field is desired.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Previous heavy manufacturing and/or mining experience is highly preferred. The ability and willingness to work any shift, be on call, overtime, and weekends. Ability to work within a team environment. Good attendance and safe working habits are required. Ability to multiple tasks with a strong sense of urgency to meet customer needs. Previous heavy equipment experience is desired.
