Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction-related tasks and a passion for enhancing outdoor spaces. This role involves working on diverse projects, including landscaping, carpentry, and general maintenance, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and aesthetics.
Duties
•
Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, trimming, and maintaining gardens and lawns.
•
Utilize power tools effectively for various landscaping and construction activities.
•
Engage in trim carpentry to create or restore outdoor structures like decks and fences.
•
Assist with construction painting to enhance the visual appeal of outdoor features.
•
Conduct tile laying for patios or walkways, ensuring proper installation techniques are followed.
•
Apply caulking to seal gaps in outdoor structures, contributing to their longevity and durability.
•
Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all projects.
Experience
•
Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred.
•
Familiarity with construction site operations is highly desirable.
•
Skills in carpentry, particularly trim carpentry, are a plus.
•
Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively is essential.
•
Knowledge of electrical work related to outdoor lighting installations is beneficial but not mandatory.
•
Experience with caulking, construction painting, and tile laying will be considered an asset.
