Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hardscape Foreman to oversee and lead hardscape installation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the crew, ensuring project specifications are met, maintaining a safe work environment, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Supervise and lead a team of hardscape laborers
•
Interpret landscape blueprints, plans, and designs
•
Coordinate daily tasks, equipment, and materials for hardscape projects
•
Operate machinery such as skid steers, excavators, compactors, and saws
•
Install pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, steps, and other stone features
•
Ensure all work is performed according to company standards and safety protocols
•
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
•
Monitor quality control and address any issues on site
•
Maintain project records, including timesheets and material usage
Qualifications
•
3+ years of experience in hardscaping or landscape construction
•
1+ year in a supervisory or foreman role preferred
•
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and site plans
•
Strong knowledge of hardscape installation techniques and materials
•
Ability to lead and motivate crews in a fast paced environment
•
Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
•
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
•
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
•
Capable of standing, kneeling, and bending for extended periods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
