Position Overview

Over the last 13 years, Property Pros Land Management, LLC has become the premier Landscape Design and Build firm in the area, with a stellar reputation in the Indianapolis community. Based out of Fortville, Property Pros services all of central Indiana with their landscape maintenance and outdoor design needs. While working with a team of 1-3 employees, this position provides hardscape and construction services, such as installation of paver patios, pergolas, water features, retention walls, landscape lighting, outdoor kitchens, and plants/trees.

Essential Responsibilities

Training assigned crew members in proper installation techniques, per the Property Pros: Standards of Process*. Providing clear and prompt communication of any changes to standard operations and/or procedures, as they arise, to ensure that the team is following all approved practices.
