Handyman

```Duties```

- Fabricate and install wooden structures, including frameworks, partitions, joists, and rafters

- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, and other materials according to specifications

- Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items

- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, molding, and cabinets

- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures

- Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients

- Collaborate with other carpenters and construction team members to ensure projects are completed on time

```Requirements```

- Proven experience as a carpenter in the construction industry

- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools

- Knowledge of different carpentry techniques and methods

- Familiarity with construction materials, measurements, and safety precautions

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Note: Experience in drywall installation, tile laying, electrical work, metal stud framing, restoration industry, or construction painting is a plus.
