A Journeyman Gun-drill Machinist is responsible for understanding the set-up, programming and operation of Mollart Gun-drills according to Hunting procedures and manufacturing drawings.
Responsibilities
This position is primarily responsible to:
•Demonstrated ability to setup a machine and run the job with minimal supervision.
•Supports and assists with machine PM program.
•Proven ability to read and interpret critical dimensions on manufacturing drawings.
•Proactively identify and implement ways to reduce set up times and then communicate such that routers and schedules reflect the improvements.
•Responsible for dimensional and quality requirements of components.
Required Skills and Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Basic computer skills are required.
•Minimum of 1 year to 3 years in CNC or Manual Lathe or Mill operation and 1 year of experience of Set-up and operation of Mollart Gun-drilling equipment.

•Preferred: A College certification or technical school in related field.
