About The Role
As a Growth Intern, you’ll join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, gaining practical experience in sales, marketing, and customer support. You’ll work directly with customers and contribute to key areas of a startup. If you’re interested in the intersection of technology and people, this role could be a good fit.
Responsibilities
- Help execute go-to-market strategies to improve customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Analyze customer interactions using HubSpot and other tools.
- Work with the sales team to meet targets and improve the process.
- Research target segments and generate outbound leads.
- Help launch marketing campaigns to generate inbound leads.
- Interest in customers, sales, and relationship building.
- Understanding of technology sales and software products.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to provide good customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with HubSpot (or other CRM systems) and Zapier.
- Relevant experience.
