Gravel Crushing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Gravel Crushing Manager to oversee our aggregate operations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of crushing equipment and processes, and a strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Duties

- Manage day-to-day crushing operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency.

- Supervise and coordinate a team of operators, mechanics, and laborers.

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines.

- Ensure compliance with MSHA (Mine Safety and Health Administration) regulations and company safety policies.

- Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, and optimization for maximum uptime.

- Track production data, prepare reports, and monitor budgets.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in aggregate production, crushing operations, or related fields.

- Strong knowledge ofMSHA regulations and demonstrated commitment to safety.

- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in heavy equipment or aggregate operations.

- Mechanical aptitude with experience troubleshooting and maintaining crushing equipment.

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in outdoor environments and adapt to changing job site conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
