About This Job

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team!

This is a part-time position (three days per week) with the potential to become full-time if you're open to adding social media design and management to your role.

We are a creative, laid-back team specializing in commercial signage, branding, donor walls, vinyl designs, and innovative interior environments. Our projects are diverse and exciting, and our work environment is flexible, supportive, and fast-paced when needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

•

Designing signs, branding materials, and marketing collateral

•

Creating layouts for interior commercial signage and donor recognition walls

•

Preparing vinyl files and production-ready artwork

•

Submitting client proofs and mockups for approval

•

Collaborating on creative interior designs using signage

•

(Optional for full-time): Assisting with social media content design and strategy

What We're Looking For:

•

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

•

Some professional design experience (signage experience is a plus!)

•

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

•

A positive, collaborative attitude and ability to work as part of a small team

•

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment when deadlines arise

Pay: Based on experience

Hours: Part-time (3 days a week); potential for full-time with social media duties

Work Setting: In-office in Lansing to start; potential for hybrid schedule after training
