In this role, you will develop and execute content for online and social media platforms. You will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of products for sale and in use, as well as designing graphics for advertisements, brand development, and company awareness initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all content aligns with overall brand messaging and goals, analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy, and identify growth opportunities. Additionally, you will engage with the public on all social media platforms to increase visibility and foster consumer engagement.
● Create high-quality visual content for various marketing materials, including newsletter materials, advertisements, social media graphics, and website assets.
● Work closely with the Marketing Division to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
● Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.
● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices within the renewable energy, solar, and DIY sectors.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies to enhance our visual communications.
● Manage a wide variety of design jobs and assets.
● Maintain and create processes for updating literature and managing graphic assets.
● Monitor and engage with the public on social media in a company-related, consumer-facing capacity, including responding to questions, follow-up requests, and other inquiries.
● Create new processes to manage editing and updating existing assets.
● Operate various types of equipment, including but not limited to cinematic cameras, digital still cameras, lighting equipment, audio equipment, and Adobe Creative Suite.
● This position primarily operates in an office environment, requiring extended periods of sitting and working on a computer.
● The ability to lift a minimum of 45 pounds is required.
The pay for this role is salaried at $55,000 to $65,000
per year and is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and location. There is an expectation of a consistent 40-hour workweek, with 5 days worked regularly. In addition to regular pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and retirement contributions (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
