Graphic Design Specialist

Overview

In this role, you will develop and execute content for online and social media platforms. You will be responsible for capturing high quality images of products for sale and in use, as well as designing graphics for advertisements, brand development and company awareness initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all content aligns with overall brand messaging and goals, analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and identify growth opportunities. In addition, you will engage with the public on all social media platforms to increase visibility and consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

● Create high-quality visual content for various marketing materials, including newsletter materials, advertisements, social media graphics and website assets.

● Work closely with the Marketing Division and our clients to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

● Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects.

● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices within the renewable energy, solar and DIY sectors.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies to enhance our visual communications.

● Manage a wide variety of design jobs and assets.

● Maintain and create processes for literature updates and graphic assets.

● Monitor and engage with the public on social media in a company related consumer facing capacity, including answering questions, follow-up requests and more.

● Create new processes to manage editing and updating existing assets.

● Other related duties as assigned.

● Operate various types of equipment including but not limited to cinematic cameras, digital still cameras, lighting and audio equipment and Adobe Suite.

● Travel: Less than 25%

Physical Demands:

● This position mainly works in an office environment and requires long periods of sitting and working on a computer.

● The ability to lift a minimum of 45 pounds is required.

● This is an on-site position.

Compensation:

Pay for this role is salaried at $55,000 - $65,000 per year and is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. There is an expectation of a consistent 40 hour work week with 5 days a week worked regularly. In addition to regular pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and retirement contributions (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
