Qualifications and Education Requirements

+ Employee may have other responsibilities as assigned. + Employee will report to the Assistant Director of Marketing to evaluate performance, career development, and mentoring/training.

Role and Responsibilities

+ Design digital and print material for proposals, presentations, public relations, and internal communications, including templates, charts, infographics, brochures, ads, and announcements + Develop creative concepts and visual solutions to effectively communicate key messages + Maintain and organize digital assets, including icons, photography, and stock graphics + Coordinate with print vendors and photographers to support production and content needs + Ensure graphics meet client requirements, including format, content, and submission deadlines + Conduct detailed graphic reviews to verify completeness, accuracy, and compliance with specified requirements + Adhere to quality control measures to guarantee all submissions are of the highest standard + Work with various managers to establish graphics timelines, track progress, and meet submission deadlines. + Assist during proposal kick-off and other strategic pursuit meetings to ensure compelling win themes are crafted and executed in partnership with marketing. + Maintain an organized system for tracking graphic development, revisions, and final collateral repository. + Maintain, update, and archive the graphics library (including headshots) and other reusable content to support the marketing team’s efficiency and brand consistency + Stay current with industry best practices for asset management, including Adobe Creative Cloud libraries and other storage tools + Take initiative to drive projects forward and meet deadlines + Lead critical graphics discussions to enhance team collaboration and problem-solving + Collaborate with proposal team members to define and communicate graphic needs, timelines, and expectations + Partner with marketing, business development, and project teams to gather input, support continuous improvement, and create scalable solutions. + Maintain clear, timely communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful submissions + Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and guidelines in all assignments + Demonstrate a clear understanding of the company’s brand, strategic plan, and goals + Make informed daily decisions that support both creative excellence and profitability + Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners + Deliver high-quality work while consistently meeting deadlines + Assist in maintaining the Modjeski and Masters website and social media platforms + Contribute to PR initiatives and communications efforts + Organize and maintain digital and physical files + Provide support for events and sponsorships, including attendance at and/or ordering, producing, and assembling materials for such events + Assist with the creation and distribution of internal and external newsletters using Constant Contact and the Modjeski and Masters intranet (SPAN) + Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Preferred Skills

+ Experience in graphic development, preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction industries + Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail, grammar, and brand/style adherence + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines + Strong organizational skills focusing on maintaining timelines and tracking project progress + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams + Proven ability to give and receive constructive feedback + Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at various levels within the company + Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing page layouts, presentation design, and data visualization (infographics) + Experience transforming substantial data and information into meaningful layouts and visual illustrations + Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design software) to create visually appealing proposals and marketing materials + Adept with Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint to efficiently collaborate, create documents, presentations, and manage data + Maintains a high level of accuracy in preparing graphics and reviewing content for consistency and completeness. + Evaluates design challenges thoughtfully and communicates effective, strategic solutions to team members. + Ensures all visual elements align cohesively and adhere to brand standards through careful design execution. + Makes informed design decisions while balancing conflicting priorities and creative constraints. + Navigates feedback and challenging conversations with professionalism, composure, and a collaborative spirit. + Practices active listening to understand client and team needs. + Remains calm and solutions-focused in high-pressure situations and tight deadlines. + Maintains a strategic, big-picture perspective while managing design intricacies. + Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and consistently delivers high-quality work. + Exhibits strong attention to detail and design accuracy across all deliverables. + Effectively sets priorities and manages a dynamic, deadline-driven workload. + Collaborates seamlessly with internal teams and external clients. + Organizes and synthesizes complex visual and written information with clarity and precision. + Takes initiative and completes routine tasks independently. + Adapts quickly to shifting project needs and solves problems with creativity and flexibility. + Brings a conscientious, dependable work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
