Grader Operator

Minimum of 5 years experience on CAT 135H or 140H Graders

Must be able to operate other Yellow Iron Equipment such as Dozers & Excavators.

Must have knowledge and experience in all phases of earthwork services.

Perform grading and excavation, subgrade preparation, road.

Must be able to read plans & shop drawings.

Calculate & shoot all elevations.

Have good communication skills

Coordinate tasks according to priority and plans.

Inspect construction work as necessary and ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards.

Be self-motivated and work productively.

Must be reliable and dependable.

Examine/inspect field conditions and identify problems.

Must be able to work in a safety-conscious manner.

Must be self-motivated and goal oriented.

Develop a complete understanding of the contract plans and specifications, lay-out, installation and/or construction. Review with Superintendent at the start of and throughout the project.
