About This Job

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Pipeline Foreman

to oversee field operations for pipeline construction and maintenance projects. The Pipeline Foreman will be responsible for leading a crew of workers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all project specifications and regulatory standards.

Requirements

•

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of pipeline crews.

•

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures (e.g., OSHA, DOT, company standards).

•

Monitor progress and quality of work, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.

•

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.

•

Manage tools, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient operations.

•

Conduct daily safety meetings and job site inspections.

•

Resolve work-related issues and troubleshoot challenges in the field.

•

Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and clients.

•

Keep accurate daily reports and documentation of crew activities and job progress.

•

Train and mentor crew members, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
