We are seeking a skilled and motivated Golf Course Superintendent to lead the final grow-in and long-term maintenance of a new 9-hole Mayan-themed golf course located in Placencia, Belize. This is a rare opportunity to manage a course from its final stage of development and be part of one of Belize's most unique golf experiences.

About the Role

The course is nearly complete, but a few greens require final refinement before opening. The ideal candidate will be experienced, hands-on, and ready to lead a team of 7–10 groundskeepers. You’ll be supported by ownership, an on-site mechanic, and a vast array of equipment already on site to help set you up for success.

Note: The golf course is located across a lagoon from Placencia. If living in the Placencia area, you will commute by boat each morning. A service boat is provided. Ability to drive a boat is a plus but not required.
