THE POSITION

The Brattle Group, a privately held, global economics consulting firm, is looking for a Global Payroll & Compliance Administrator to join our Boston, MA or London, UK office. As a member of the Corporate Accounting team, the Global Payroll & Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries, including UK, EU countries, Canada, and Australia, in compliance with local regulations. This role will serve as an additional point of contact, alongside the Senior Global Payroll Specialist, for addressing payroll-related inquiries from both employees and external vendors. The position requires close collaboration with Human Resources to facilitate payroll-related changes. Additionally, the administrator will support the Senior Manager of Tax and Compliance in the preparation and submission of monthly and periodic tax/compliance filings for both U.S. and international operations.

THE CANDIDATE

Brattle offers a competitive benefits package, base salary, and bonus program for eligible roles based on individual and firm performance. The anticipated base gross salary range for this position in Boston, MA is $50,000 - $60,000 annually. Actual salary will depend on a variety of factors, including experience and training.
