As a GBD, you will seamlessly integrate our diverse portfolio of products and services to fulfill client needs, acting as a strategic relationship architect who crafts, leads, and implements global account strategies for our most strategic banking clients in Australia.

Role Overview

This executive role demands agility and strategic foresight: transitioning from high-level strategy to tactical execution; influencing both client and LSEG executives; and engaging deeply within both organizations. As a deal-maker you will be the voice of the customer, conveying their needs and ensuring delivery. You will connect the customer C-suite with LSEG, driving opportunities and anticipating market trends to align with client needs. Leading and influencing large, global teams, you will ensure the company meets and exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Engagement: Cultivate and strengthen commercial relationships with top-tier global banks, ensuring flawless service delivery.

- Opportunity Identification: Uncover, negotiate, and implement mutually beneficial opportunities, using a vast global network.

- Client Solutions: Deliver tailored propositions to clients, addressing their unique strategic challenges.

- C-Suite Relationships: Forge and deepen executive dialogues, bringing valuable insights and networks into our organization.

- Innovation and Advocacy: Champion client needs within our company and serve as an ambassador in their enterprises, driving product innovation.

- Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement strategic account plans to boost profitable revenue and market share globally.

- Indirect Leadership: Influence and mentor global teams, fostering talent in sales and relationship management.

- Executive Partnership: Collaborate with our C-Level Executive Sponsor to align strategies and drive success.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $183,000 - $305,000.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
