The GIS Practicum Student will provide general GIS support to support the maintenance and updating of ENMAX’s Power Distribution System. During this term, you will gain hands on experience that can be applied towards your GIS education.
Major Responsibilities:* Assist in maintenance and updating of ENMAX’s Power Distribution System’s infrastructure assets using ArcGIS/ArcFM.Education Required:* Enrolled in a GIS related degree or certification program that has a work requirement component as part of its curriculum and/or accreditation.
Qualifications & Experience:* Experience in using GIS, Mapping, and CAD software (ESRI Products & Drafting data)
Competencies:* Works safely.

Salary: Co-op GIS Practicum (CUPE 2024 hourly rates)$24.22 – $27.06
Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Note:* We have changed the way we connect with our candidates.
