The GIS Developer/Analyst works across departments to support and manage geospatial solutions for mapping, data analysis, and application development.
Activities will include configuring out-of-the box deployments, and supporting customized solutions. Project work will be completed directly by the GIS Developer/Analyst, or by managing contract resources.

How You Will Make An Impact
In this role, you will bridge the gap between GIS analysis and software development, requiring a blend of spatial analysis, programming, and database management skills.
Support Customers
Who You Are We will be filling this role at the GIS Analyst or Developer level. GIS Analyst
- Entry-level. Expectations are that individuals at this level will be learning the technical aspects, tools, and processes of the enterprise GIS. Assignments will be completed under direct supervision.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography or related discipline.
GIS Developer -
The individual will understand standards and procedures when working in an enterprise GIS, and be able to complete assignments. General oversight can be expected on some assignments from the department manager or more experienced engineers.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography or related discipline and 4 or more years of professional experience performing GIS work.

Compensation Range
$67,828.80 - $94,960.32
This compensation range represents the minimum and maximum pay for this position. Individual offers will be based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, education, skills, competencies, and experience. Please note that most offers for new employees fall under the midpoint of the range, allowing room for continued salary growth. Base pay is just one component of our total compensation package, which may also include comprehensive benefits, generous paid time off and incentive compensation (bonus) potential.
