Goals & Responsibilities
This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:
•Utilize Esri software (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Enterprise) for data creation, geoprocessing, and spatial analysis.
•Design and implement Esri web and mobile solutions, including Dashboards, Web App Builder, Experience Builder, Field Maps, and Survey123.
•Configure VertiGIS Studio tools (Web, Reporting, and Go) for custom web and mobile solutions.
•Develop professional maps and reports tailored to client and project needs.
•Maintain desktop and network GIS datasets; troubleshoot systems and apply basic engineering/surveying principles.
•Automate workflows and assist in GIS application design and integration of new technologies.
•Support project planning, proposal development, and contract management with internal and external clients.
•Develop training resources and assist in delivering technical support to end users.
•Collaborate across teams, attend client meetings, and contribute to GIS needs assessments and implementation plans.
Qualifications & Skills
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:
•6–11 years of experience in GIS analysis with strong Esri software proficiency.
•Skilled in GIS data creation, geoprocessing, analysis, and web/mobile solution design.
•Proficient in map creation, spatial data validation, and quality control.
•Solid understanding of GIS architecture, map services, projections, and coordinate systems.
•Familiarity with SQL, Python, JavaScript, or Arcade scripting is a plus.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret technical documents and present solutions to clients effectively.
