About This Job

Snapshot of Your Day:

We are looking for a Generator Operations Team Leader in Orlando, FL to develop and optimize processes to improve safety, quality, and schedule of generator outages.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

•

Develop training criteria for technicians and engineers on specialized tooling and equipment.

•

Responsible for seeking and implementing cost savings projects.

•

Support field service organization as technical support or field engineer during peak outage season when demands dictate.

•

40% domestic/international travel required.

What You Bring:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience.

•

Full term of experience must include: project management in the Gas & Power industry with technical product knowledge of generators;

•

Knowledge of equipment heavy rigging;

•

Generator disassembly and reassembly; and

•

MS Office.

•

40% domestic/ international travel required.

•
