Job Summary

Commercial Glass and Glazing fabricator, manufacturer, and contractor in Dallas, PA, is looking for production workers to join our team.

Hours of operation are Monday – Friday day shift - 8:00 am – 4:30 pm with overtime scheduled on an as needed basis.

The Company offers weekly pay with benefits including but not limited to paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time, and employees may be eligible for health benefits.

Job Description

This is a full-time position with no prior experience required. Seeking individuals looking for a career path in manufacturing and interested in growth with a young growing company.

•

Member of a small production team producing custom architectural aluminum windows and doors.

•

Production workers will be responsible for cutting, processing, and assembling aluminum window profiles

•

Candidates will work closely with supervisors, and with other members of the production team daily

Knowledge and Skills

•

Reading & Writing comprehension – Understanding the English language, sentences, and paragraphs in reference to work-related documents.

•

Language - Ability to fluently speak the English language (Spanish-speaking bi-lingual candidates are a plus)

•

Basic Knowledge of Tools - Ability to use basic hand tools, power tools, and read a tape measurer

•

Knowledge of production equipment including saws and automated CNC equipment is preferred but not required

•

Basic math skills

•

General Skills – Candidates must have the ability to work with attention to detail both independently and as a team member, practice efficient and safe work practices, communicate clearly and effectively with both their team and management, and maintain high-quality standards under changing workloads and deadlines.

•

Driving and Transportation - The candidate is expected to have a reliable form of transportation to and from work

•

Background in carpentry a plus

Physical Requirements

•

All candidates must be capable of wearing proper PPE daily which may include but is not limited to - Face Mask, Hearing Protection (Muffs, or plugs), gloves, Safety Glasses

•

The candidate must be able to stand 8 to 10 hours per day

•

Candidates must be able to lift 20 to 60 pounds by themselves repeatedly throughout the day, or more with the help of a team

•

Candidates will be asked to work outside periodically, proper cold weather attire is required
